The Seattle Study Club

Dr. R. Kent Stobaugh is founder of the Southwest Academy of Comprehensive Dentistry- a branch of the national recognized Seattle Study Club. We are committed to providing our study club members a casual atmosphere for comprehensive continuing dental education and to strive for excellence in clinical treatment planning skills. Our sessions have allowed our referring practitioners to learn in a non-competitive environment from fellow general practitioners and many specialists, including oral surgeons, prosthodontists, endodontists, periodontists, and orthodontists. This multidisciplinary input has assisted many of our members in planning difficult cases, while allowing fellow participants to learn from their peers.

This is not just another study club where you listen to lectures each month, but it is an interactive group with a great mix of young and experienced practitioners. Additionally, we host one nationally recognized speaker each year to give our members the opportunity to listen to an internationally recognized speaker, without having to travel to expensive out-of-town lectures.
